Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For a paid service, the right of withdrawal expires only once we have fully performed the service and began performance only after you have

expressly consented to us beginning performance of the service before the end of the withdrawal period, and
acknowledged your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract.

Pursuant to Section 356(5) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal for a contract for the provision of services expires when the trader has fully performed the service and only began performing the service after the consumer gave their express consent to this and at the same time acknowledged their awareness that they lose their right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by the trader.

Note regarding game server hosting:

When you order a game server, provisioning (installation and configuration) begins immediately after receipt of payment. During the checkout process you consent to the immediate commencement of the service and confirm that you are aware that your right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the service.
