The mcfreehost Creator Program is aimed at active Minecraft creators with a concrete joint server project. The basic offer includes three months of a free server from setup, suitable setup assistance and technical support. In return, you provide a visible personal partner link and at least one mention per month while playing, labeled as advertising.
An application is not yet a server commitment. First describe your actual needs and put the agreed service in writing. There is neither an automatic extension per video nor a blanket promise that every pack works with any number of participants.

Which Project Is Worth Applying For?
An ongoing survival series with friends, a community build world or a regularly played community server creates a concrete need. What matters is that the server is genuinely part of your format. A purely local single-player project does not automatically need a hosted server.
Small but regularly active channels can describe their needs. A follower count alone replaces neither a Minecraft focus nor a publishing plan. The offer must also be technically feasible and fit within the available capacity. An application therefore does not establish guaranteed acceptance or a guaranteed response time.

You are under no obligation to give a predetermined positive verdict, grant exclusivity or follow a fixed script. Show what you actually played and tested. If a feature does not work in your trial, the partnership does not replace that finding with a success claim.
For a move, you can describe your existing save and extensions. Setup assistance is part of the offer; taking over third-party remaining terms, a switching budget or an additional publication fee is not agreed by this.
An Application With the Necessary Details
Write to [email protected] or use the contact page. A short, concrete message is enough. These details help assess the project without guesswork:
- public channel link and platform;
- current Minecraft format and planned frequency;
- joint server needs, planned participants and their editions;
- desired pack with exact release, or existing world;
- approximate project period and existing hosting commitment;
- setup help needed and current backup method.
You can add your reach. But put the play plan before the number. "We are starting a joint build series with a fixed group and need this pack" is more tangible than a vague demand for maximum performance.
If a sponsorship or hosting agreement already exists, its terms must be clarified first. A new application is not permission to circumvent another contractual commitment.
Test Real Gameplay Before Recording or Streaming
Wait for the confirmation and setup. In the panel, check the term, agreed scope and server address. Install the matching client instance on the intended computers. Connecting Players to a Modpack explains the difference between pack release, Minecraft version and loader.
Test joining with the planned group, the shared meeting point and the agreed roles. The public server address is part of the invitation; admin access and your account password are not viewer information. Only grant friends access to the agreed extent.
Back up the world and important player/mod data before a rebuild or event. A backup must be completed; a visible button alone does not confirm a working way back. Note the state with which the recording worked so that a later version change remains traceable.
Do not show private player names or login credentials. Names can appear in chat, name tags, the tab list or status messages. Hide them for the recording or cover them in the finished post. A recording must not reveal a login, recovery code or private panel content.
Ad Labeling and Honest Statements
The free server is compensation for the agreed mention. Plan the labeling in the post and in the platform settings from the start. Use a clearly recognizable notice such as "Advertisement" or "Ad"; do not hide it behind an ambiguous thank-you.
YouTube requires the disclosure of paid promotion in the video details for such commercial content. The platform disclosure does not automatically replace all other labeling obligations. Describe only documented features of your project. A successful join is not a measurement of 24/7 availability or arbitrary player counts. A quiet test evening does not prove blanket performance for every modpack. For measurements, state the version, participants and procedure instead of using someone else's benchmark as your own result.
Read Partner Link and Commission Separately From the Server Offer
For a confirmed partner link, the reviewed standard program grants a one-time 50% of the first successful payment of a referred user. The basis is capped at 20 euros: a maximum of 10 euros commission per referred user. Further payments do not bring recurring commission in the standard setup.
The running MCF program confirms these values as of the review date. Examples: a first payment of 5 euros yields 2.50 euros, 20 euros yields 10 euros, and 30 euros also yields 10 euros because of the cap. A free registration alone does not generate such a commission.
Release happens after the holding period and the scheduled review run; it is not an instant payout at the moment of the click. Clarify in your account the credit or payout offered for your partner status. Commission is not a guaranteed publication fee and not an assured income for a post.

Prepare for the End of the Term and an Extension
Note the agreed end date and check in good time whether your project continues. Additional content does not automatically lead to another three months. An extension needs a review and a new confirmation.
Keep important data stored separately before the agreed service ends. If you want to switch to a different scope or provider, check the export, target version and joining before the switch. A Creator offer does not promise unlimited retention after it ends.

Do I get three months for every new video?
The current basic offer is three months from setup. Extensions are confirmed separately after a review; a new post does not extend it automatically.

Does my post have to be positive?
